01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

04 Account Registration

05 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 1f5fa account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1f5fa support immediately at [email protected].

1f5fa employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all platform connections, two-factor authentication, anomaly-based login detection, and salted password hashing. Despite these measures, no digital security system is entirely impenetrable. You are encouraged to use a strong unique password for your 1f5fa account and to enable two-factor authentication via your account security settings.

06 Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 1f5fa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits are credited to your 1f5fa account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 1f5fa does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

1f5fa reserves the right to change minimum deposit amounts, supported payment methods, and processing times at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing account holders where operationally practicable.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and verification requirements in force at the time of the request. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
